Project Coordinator
Do you have a passion to proactively engage in the lifecycle of projects to ensure prompt and efficient technology solutions for customers? As a Project Coordinator you will organize, oversee, and manage the successful lifecycle of multiple projects utilizing company tools and methodologies. You are responsible for developing and maintaining detailed projects plans, schedules and estimates, and providing operational guidance to project teams. You will review and approve scope changes and be responsible for identifying project risks including creating and implementing risk mitigation plans. You are willing to learn, are self-motivated and have strong communications skills to promote long lasting customer relationships.
Typical Duties:
- Learn and participate in accomplishing our company goals
- Coordinate and oversee operations of Project and Field teams driving performance, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Engage team through healthy practices including coaching, rewards, recognition, and accountability
- Monitor and maintain employee development and retention
- Assist in design of assigned projects
- Bid and build assigned projects within budget parameters
- Lead teams to accurately complete assigned projects
- Empower people to use company resources in an efficient and effective manner
- Demonstrate an attitude of movement as a self-motivated team member
- Engage teams and customers in a genuine, kind, and professional manner
- Always responsive to customer needs as primary account contact
- Manage balance between employee, customer, and organizational resources for maximum value
- Assist the project manager with implementation of decisions and strategy
- Complete and submit applicable paperwork including purchasing, invoicing, and final project documentation
- Track work in progress and communicate project status with relevant parties

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred or applicable experience
Experience:
- 3 years in construction or telecommunications project management (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record (Required)

Pay: $40,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
